Born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Before coming to work at Preston I was a long time customer here. This is the only dealership I felt more than just a number. Prior to coming here to do Finance, I spent 5 years with quicken loans as mortgage loan officer / director. I enjoy spending my time away from work with my wife and two sons, My hobbies include making music and golfing. I attended Kent State university as well as Cleveland state university studying business, finance, and marketing. I also work in the nursery business with my father. Everyday is a learning experience and an opportunity to become better. Working at Preston has been one of the best decisions I have made. I would not want to be anywhere else.

They are kind, compassionate and efficient. I've purchased several cars from here and will continue as they do such a great job. Our salesman was very easy to work with and we really liked him. He found the exact care we wanted and had it brought in from Michigan. We didn't feel pressured of rushed. Walter is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He set up all of the electronics on the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox AWD we recently purchased and explained everything to us. Walter even stayed after closing hours on a Friday night until all of are questions were answered. The deal we got was easily the best any other dealership was offering and Walter also included free service on a number of maintenance items not covert by the warranty. With 5 dealerships within 15 minutes of our home we chose to drive 40 minutes to Preston Chevrolet and we are glad we did. More

I had an excellent experience my Equinox at Preston Superstore! Brian Lightner was so patient, knowledgeable, and determined to find what I was looking for. He knew all the features and details of the Superstore! Brian Lightner was so patient, knowledgeable, and determined to find what I was looking for. He knew all the features and details of the vehicles we looked at and also knew what ones to show me that I might not have originally looked at. Brian was down to earth and easy to talk to -couldn’t ask for better! They provided snacks, beverages and pizza throughout the day which definitely helps pass the time of the paperwork process. Dylan was great to work with on the financial paperwork side of things and even followed up with a better option the following day. Everyone in the facility was friendly and kind! And even though it was after closing time, I still got my chance in the money chamber! After that, Brian made sure I knew where all the important features were in my new ride to safely get me home and set up my OnStar. I highly recommend Preston Superstore for your car buying needs!
