Dylan Price at Pacifico Mazda made my car buying experience without a doubt the most pleasant experience ever!!! He was kind and attentive to my needs, I never felt pressured to do anything, he went above and beyond to ensure I understood all the “ins and outs” of everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Definitely need more like him as it was truly a pleasure to have him as my sales consultant. The environment was very clean and inviting and I enjoyed that the staff as a whole participated with the Halloween theme making it a more personable experience. I absolutely loved the finance guy Mike as he made sure laughter was the best medicine in what would otherwise be a tedious paperwork process. His stories combined with his knowledge regarding the car buying process as well as Dylan’s expertise in the vehicles themselves make this dynamic duo one you certainly want to work with!
