Michael did a great job and was very knowledgeable of the truck and its features. He even took the time to walk us through the computer setup and made sure we knew how everything worked before we drove away truck and its features. But the overall buying experience was the typical dealer run around for me, with a first offer by the sales manager that was not even close nor worth countering. But Michael persisted and we did eventually get to a reasonable deal on the third visit that was more consistent with what other dealers were offering. More

I first met Patty when I saw a Honda pilot online that I was interested in at Markley Motors. My son, my two grandkids, and I decided to stop in for a test drive when we were in Fort Collins. Patty was very was interested in at Markley Motors. My son, my two grandkids, and I decided to stop in for a test drive when we were in Fort Collins. Patty was very accommodating with the kids and gave us a ride around in a golf cart which they loved. We didn’t buy that car that day, but Patty continued to search for exactly the car I wanted for a few weeks and eventually one came in. Pat kept me posted via text throughout the search since I lived 400 miles away. When “Violet the Pilot” was decided upon, I sent in a deposit and Patty continued to keep me posted on its progress as Violet went through servicing…..even on her day off. The day I was supposed to go buy the car, our babysitter didn’t show up so, I took my grandson with me, and Patty didn’t bat an eye, saying she is also a grandmother and often babysits her grandkids. She helped us through the whole process, took pictures of my grandson and me and even gave us a tutorial on all the features of the car. She followed up with an email to make sure everything was satisfactory a few days later. Party did a great job for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a low pressure sales person to help with purchasing a car. More

Great selling you a GMC vehicle, but it turned into a lemon within the first 2 months. Then the dealership managers stopped any support. One comment "well we did not make the pickup". Process took 6 plus lemon within the first 2 months. Then the dealership managers stopped any support. One comment "well we did not make the pickup". Process took 6 plus months to resolve with no help from the Markley dealership. Asked for refund on after market part for 4 months, for a part that was ordered and never received. Asked for help on who contact for stating the buy back process, and it was a drag your feet, not the dealership problem. Asked for loaner car during the repair process (when we thought it could be repaired) and Markley said there is a waiting list, or we could went a car (would not be fully reimbursed from GMC if we did). waited and waited for communication from Markley....and they would not help, several areas of the managers contributed to this low rating. a "0" for after sales support. If you get a lemon from here and do the buy back process, make sure to take any after MFG parts off of the vehicle. Also make sure to cancel any extended warranty purchased and get a refund. Lost $2K+ on a GMC truck only driven 2200 miles and would have lost an additional $5K if we listened to the Markley managers (or lack of information). Not a good experience. More
