Started off by inviting me to come see an auto so we drove up to look at it only to be told they had made an appointment with someone else at the time we were there.. later they called back to come back drove up to look at it only to be told they had made an appointment with someone else at the time we were there.. later they called back to come back and look at it as other guy thought it overpriced. we considered it then called and made appt. for Monday with Dylan, he was friendly and apologized for the error on Sat. . after a little over 6 hours we had a deal except for financing which was completed the next day. I was a little disappointed how ever as I thought it was agreed that was going to get dealership price on Cadillac winter floor mats for front and 2nd row and foe cargo spaces., my fault I knew I should have had it put in writing. More

From the time I initially contacted Dylan Cook to inquire about the vehicle until the final papers were signed - Dylan was punctual, professional, and made sure that my questions were answered. He had the car ready for our early arrival on a Saturday morning and worked to make the process of buying as quick as possible so I could get back on the road for home. Never once was he pushy or overburdening. I also need to add that Charles (financing) was very knowledgeable in the Used Clean Vehicle tax credit area which was very helpful, and Ryan (used sales manager) made the process smooth and effortless. It is rare in this day to enjoy the experience of buying a car, but this team made the process easy. Keep up the great work guys! More
