The process was very quick but I didn’t have the best first car buying experience, a lot of things were all over the place and I had 5 different people help me purchase my car. I was told one thing and t first car buying experience, a lot of things were all over the place and I had 5 different people help me purchase my car. I was told one thing and told something totally different when I came into my trade my car in, I had a scheduled appointment for a certain time and barely spent 10 minutes with the salesman I was buying my car from. As I was backing up, leaving the dealership in my new car, I had two more papers to sign that they almost forgot to have me sign. I’d say this experience was not the best and I wish I had a better first time experience and it wasn’t so all over the place. Everyone was very nice though and willing to help. More

It seems to me there is a lack of communication throughout your service department as well as your sales department. Twice my car was returned back to me with grease marks on my seats, doors, carp throughout your service department as well as your sales department. Twice my car was returned back to me with grease marks on my seats, doors, carpet flooring. I had to clean it up myself. I had to return to this dealership far too many times to correct all my issues. I would never purchase another car from this dealership again. Polish up your act! More
