HORRIBLE! !!!!! I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. This dealership is crooked and uses unfair business practices. I purchased my vehicle over a !!!!! I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. This dealership is crooked and uses unfair business practices. I purchased my vehicle over a month ago and still don't have my tag and title because they are withholding it until I pay them an ADDITIONAL $1,000. At signing, they NEVER told me I was required to put down $1000 cash before I could drive off the lot. I signed for $28,892 per the bill of sale and drove off the lot thinking everything was finalized. A week later, I got a phone call from the shady salesman, Nathan Watson, stating that my bank is requiring that I put down $1000. I called my bank and they stated they are not requiring any down payment from me. A couple weeks later, I get another call from the finance manager at Jim Ellis Marc Starks. I called my bank on 3-way and he stated on a recorded call, "I made a mistake", and seconds later, "the dealership isn't gonna eat this". Evidently, he was supposed to add this $1000 to the total amount to make it $29,892. But when he called my bank to cash the check he told them "$28,892". I asked him several times on this same call, was I supposed to pay this $1000 at signing, because it was never discussed. He stated twice, "no but most times when our customers purchase a new vehicle they put down $1000". Like I said, this was never mentioned or discussed with me before signing and driving off the lot. My bank stated they will not give them anymore money as the check had already been cashed. So Jim Ellis is essentially trying to make me pay it and withholding my tag and title until I do. I will NEVER recommend this crooked business to anyone and I've already contacted Fox 5 and Channel 2 News stations. My next step is to sue. More

What an absolute dream of a transaction I had when purchasing my Sierra1500. Jamie and his team did everything they could to make this transaction as painless as possible. We did everything over email purchasing my Sierra1500. Jamie and his team did everything they could to make this transaction as painless as possible. We did everything over email and text and I was in and out in under 30 mins. They even offered to deliver the car to me knowing the hectic week we were having. I declined because I wanted to see the car before we purchased but was very nice of them. Best car buying experience I have had in my 35 years of buying cars. More
