I took my Buick Enclave in for a repair, terrible communication from Dakota on the progress. I asked for a service on the car and that wasn’t done completely, just changed the oil at the last minute communication from Dakota on the progress. I asked for a service on the car and that wasn’t done completely, just changed the oil at the last minute because they forgot. I had to call them multiple times for updates. A few days after the “service” I paid for the coolant was empty from a pin hole in the radiator. They never bothered to check any other fluid levels. The repair it came in for is not done correctly, it will need to go to a different shop to be repaired don’t trust this place with your car. More

In over 30 years of owning and operating a vehicle I’ve never had a worse experience with a dealership. I’m promised callbacks and do not get them from the service department. The service center was great, the salesman was helpful until he sent us to financing, then his attitude changed. Once the deal was done he was off to another sale. I love my truck but they need to work on customer service in the sales team seeing is all they care about it the commission and off to chase more sales. More

We bought our Yukon in for transmission repair. Left the car for a week. Had to rent a car to go home. Spent $1200. When we picked it up to drive home the identical problem occurred within 2 days.
