I was waiting in the service department for my 2009 E350 to be serviced and I decided to take a walk and I noticed there were several newer certified models on the lot. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that my experience at RBM was fantastic! I really had the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life at your dealership. I must say that Steve Edwards was awesome. Steve Edwards was so knowledgeable and listened to my needs and concerns. He never pressured me and I felt that he really knew his stuff. He is a real asset to your dealership and is an exemplar model for your business standards! Steve helped me with my decision and showed me various options on the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the test driving a smooth process. Most of all Steve reassured me that once I got my car home and if I forgot any of the things that he had gone over with me that I could give him a call and he would be more than happy to go over them again. OMG!! Just purchased my new C250 from RBM Atlanta Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He was professional patient and very knowledgable with Mercedes brand! The new store manager Eric Mihelich was Awesome!!! He along with Dwight worked, "The Deal of the Century," to get my husband & I into my C250!! Eric is a passionate basketball fan and we enjoyed his conversation in discussing his admiration for the game & players! FYI Dr. J is one of his all time great players. Lol!! He's also a family man with 2 young boys and a wife who he adores! He's also a God fearing man, which you can pick up on the moment he starts to speak & shake your hand. I recently leased my 3rd MBZ from RBM Atlanta - solely based on their amazing service, attention to detail and ability to make a car buying/leasing experience actually pleasant. Can't say enough about based on their amazing service, attention to detail and ability to make a car buying/leasing experience actually pleasant. Can't say enough about Dwight Banks. He's helped my with all three vehicles: an E350, a CLS550 and now my ML350. Dwight knows Mercedes Benz cars inside and out, and is extremely helpful with information to help with decision making. He's also very patient and relaxed so I don't feel pressured during the process. Each time he has come out to my home to help set the automatic door opener for me! And the Nav system, and satellite radio, and phone...all those things. He follows up to check on me too. This time I leased my car - my husband bought a pre-owned vehicle from RBM at the same time - switching from his long allegiance to BMW. I have to put in a good word for Kevin Kane too. He has handled the financing end for all 3 vehicles as well. Kevin is the best finance person I've done business with - efficient, knowledgeable, gets the best deal of the moment - and he's very pleasant while doing it!
