When we asked questions, she acted like we were stupid and told us we did not see this paperwork until we signed it. Norris had us set up to go to our credit union, and when our loan officer called to verify the deal, she told him that they do not allow outside financing. She is an idiot. No personality at all. She spoke down to us. We almost walked out. We don't remember her name and her signature is chicken scratch. More

Not helpful at all. Behind closed doors. Told me I should bring my jeep somewhere else. After they messed it up and there technician Joe redlined and dogged my jeep. Behind closed doors.
