My service rep was great and very helpful. However, the Maita Toyota service center has been a frustrating experience for us when we have an issue with our Sequoia. We have brought it in twice for warning lights and electronic system issues and both times Toyota has not been able to diagnose or correct the issue and has sent us home without any resolution and the problems persist.
