Excellent experience, efficient transaction and amazing vehicle purchased. Zach Baca was our sales rep and answered every question we had. Very impressive and we super appreciated the dedication and honesty of Zach - he went over an above our expectations. Love the Hummer SUV EV! Upon vehicle delivery we worked with Dwayne the EV Specialist and he was so knowledgeable and thorough in teaching us all the features of our new EV - not to mention made himself available several times after the transaction was complete for any/all of our questions. I closed on a GMC Canyon Denali with Henry Brown on October 7. It was an internet sale and Henry Brown Buick/GMC couldn't figure out how to deliver it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had to drive 400 mi October 7. It was an internet sale and Henry Brown Buick/GMC couldn't figure out how to deliver it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had to drive 400 miles, miss a day out of the office, and meet a 3rd party to receive the vehicle with no chance to refuse delivery. Only one key fob and key was included. $150. No service had been done to the vehicle. I had to change the oil and top off all fluids. $89 The low tire signal was on. There was a wire in one of the tires. I had to pay to repair it myself. $26. The "Service 4WD" warning was on. I've had to take it to a GM certified shop two different times and be without a vehicle for two days. It still works sporadically. A third trip is scheduled. The vehicle was filthy on the inside with the added bonus of smelling like dog. The windows were covered with dog slobber. It cost me $300 to have it cleaned and still another day without a vehicle. I was sold an Auto Butler account for $399. There is no Auto Butler franchises in the state of Colorado. I was told there is a state of the art $799 aftermarket security system called IKON on the vehicle. Two weeks after purchase I got a link to a cheap $35 app. I was told that the windows were tinted, and door edging was installed for $499. They were not. The dealership and sales staff, all claiming to be managers, Rob Upchurch, Tim Tracy, and Dwayne Champion, have been totally unresponsive except to send me a gift card. Do not do business with this business. They cost me over 2 Grand out of pocket and 5 or 6 days without a vehicle or out of the office. More

I came to the dealership about three months ago with the intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on t intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on the vehicle. Great. The salesman asked me to give him two hours to do his homework and he would call me. I didn't realize two hours meant TWO MONTHS. Yes he called back two months later. Frustrated, angered, upset, understatements. This would have been the four vehicle I would have leased from organization. Instead, I figured you didn't want/need my business, I had running boards put on the vehicle I was leasing and in October I bought it outright. Your parts team wanted to charge me $950 for the running boards, this did not include installation. I found a place that put on the best running boards you could buy, they are guaranteed for life and it cost me $825 total. This dealership went from a five to a two with me. The sad part is three of my family members have bought the same vehicle I have because of my belief in Henry Brown. This is no longer the case. More

Poor experience for out of state buyer. No clear process or expectations set during the process. Dealer tried to retract an offer to sell they made in writing and threatened to “walk away” No clear process or expectations set during the process. Dealer tried to retract an offer to sell they made in writing and threatened to “walk away” multiple times at various points in the negotiation process. We had a friend inspect and drive the car before the dealer performed clean up and servicing. Upon arrival, the interior and exterior of the car was detailed nicely. However, dirt/mud/sand coated the ENTIRE underbody. Fist size clumps of dirt. Besides being a mess, I’m guessing they didn’t/weren’t able to perform a visual inspection of car. More
