EXTREMELY disappointed with the service department! I made 5 calls to my service advisor and service manager with no call back. Today I went in person to simply get a status update on my truck that the I made 5 calls to my service advisor and service manager with no call back. Today I went in person to simply get a status update on my truck that they have had for 2 weeks. Turns out they haven’t even looked at it yet. I made an appointment 1 month in advance just for them to tell me that there’s other cars in line waiting on parts. I received no estimate on when it would even be looked at. My advisor said it’s not their fault because they only have one transmission tech….not my problem. That’s why I called and made an appointment. He also was under the impression that my truck was towed in and not in driving condition. I could’ve been driving my truck for the last two weeks instead of it sitting in a lot. He said I could have it back until the tech has time to look at it but I’d have to go to the “back of the line”. What a joke this place is!!!Very very disorganized and unprofessional at denooyer. It also took 5 days for them to get me a rental, small nissan sedan. Which hardly qualifies as a replacement for my Silverado that I use to make a living. Also, not their fault, but the rental has a stench of old dirty blunt smoke. You should probably check on the quality of the rentals that you provide under warranty. I made another call today looking for answers about warranty info and didn’t receive a call back. To say I’m unsatisfied is an understatement! This isn’t the first bad experience that I’ve had with the service department at denooyer. I loved my sales rep but the service is the worst I have ever experienced in the area. It’s almost laughable how bad my experience has been with them. Couldn’t recommend them any less!!! More
