Denoyer Chevrolet is the most incompetent dealership I have ever been in. It took 5 months 3 visit and several complaints to GM corporate to get a simple warranty repair. When you walk into the service have ever been in. It took 5 months 3 visit and several complaints to GM corporate to get a simple warranty repair. When you walk into the service area the service advisers are the most unfriendly people I have ever seen, they look like they should be on a suicide watch. I did not find any one to be helpful or communicate at a level that a dealership of this size requires. I'm very disappointed and will never do business again at this amateur hour dealership More

Service was horrible. I called multiple times to try to speak to someone about my car and never spoke to my service rep - he was always busy with another customer and did I called multiple times to try to speak to someone about my car and never spoke to my service rep - he was always busy with another customer and did not call back. Additionally, we paid $300 for our vehicle to be “diagnosed”, but it was not diagnosed correctly. We’ve taken the vehicle to another mechanic and the actual issue is much cheaper to repair. And, this mechanic has stated it is not possible to diagnose our vehicle with a head gasket problem without cleaning the oil off the engine, which was not done at DeNooyer. I am not sure what we paid for, because nothing was diagnosed correctly. More
