Oustanding service from beginning to end! They were going to explain how all the electronics in the RAV worked before I drove off, but I wanted to figure them out on my own. No dealership th They were going to explain how all the electronics in the RAV worked before I drove off, but I wanted to figure them out on my own. No dealership that I have ever dealt with wants to explain the electronics in a car. They make you figure it out for themselves. I believe this is a wonderful service that Freeman offers because many people are technology challenged and end up driving around without knowing what their vehicle can offer them. We are so impressed with the Freeman Toyota Pre-Owned Department. They run it with all the pomp and professionalism of the new car department. It was a relief to find out that Freeman Toyota didn’t pack on any additional fees or charges, just the usual fees I am used to seeing for many years. I found everything to be fair and reasonable. Dwaine was very cordial and had vehicles warmed up on cold days when my son and I arrived. I hoped for a bit more wiggle room in cost as I had indicated my financial range prior to visiting the dealers cold days when my son and I arrived. I hoped for a bit more wiggle room in cost as I had indicated my financial range prior to visiting the dealership and I realized my dream car was outside of that zone after conferring with Dwaine. The push after purchase for additional insurance packages was tough on me. I was already pushing my budget heights as a recent widow and had already spent more than I should. I was offered almost nothing for my trade so took it home again. Tonight I'm rejoicing that I was able to get several thousand more privately which is helping me manage this tighter budget. I LOVE the car and it is a shade of my dream color green - 'Lunar rock'. I pray it will last and keep me and those around me safe through retirement years ahead. More
