Dwaine was very cordial and had vehicles warmed up on cold days when my son and I arrived. The push after purchase for additional insurance packages was tough on me. I was already pushing my budget heights as a recent widow and had already spent more than I should. I was offered almost nothing for my trade so took it home again. Tonight I'm rejoicing that I was able to get several thousand more privately which is helping me manage this tighter budget. I LOVE the car and it is a shade of my dream color green - 'Lunar rock'. I pray it will last and keep me and those around me safe through retirement years ahead. More
