I want to take a moment and thank Dusty Rudd, salesman at Warner Hyundai, for showing me that a trade was possible. But more importantly went to extreme lengths to get me the car that I truly wanted. After several views of cars, discussions and numbers, he found a car elsewhere and brought it to me. To me this is above and beyond what is the standard. Furthermore, my grandson is a salesman as well at a different dealership. And when he gives his blessings on what I’m trying to do that says He feels that I’m getting fair treatment and a good deal, that pretty much helped me settle my mind on the purchase. I never felt threatened or pressured. And was given every opportunity to speak as to what I wanted and how I wanted it and what I was willing to do money was. Dusty is a fine young man and I see him having a great future As a salesman, no matter which dealership he works for. Thank you, Dusty for a job well done.
