I wanted to get a TSB done on my GR corolla for the intake system, which is a common issue on these cars due to the complicated intake system it comes from with factory. However my car is not stock and intake system, which is a common issue on these cars due to the complicated intake system it comes from with factory. However my car is not stock and has a aftermarket intake system, which throws the same code as the OEM intake system. I understand to diagnose and to run a TSB you need all the stock components to be there. My issue is not doing the TSB work, my issue with this dealership was that they knew my car was not stock and I had already told them that my car Is throwing a specific code and I know what its for. However when I took the car in they did a diagnostic test on my car, which I wasnt told was going to cost me money and the price of it. I didn’t need them to scan codes on my car and tell me what the code is for and that its not stock so we cant reflash the ECU, i already knew all those things. Thats not why I brought the car. They could’ve just looked at my engine bay and tell me “hey this is not the stock airbox, so we cant do anything to it” thats all it takes. Wasted my time and money. The staff in itself is courteous and nice, nothing against them, but I just wish they did a better job of explaining to me the process rather than make a quick buck off my diagnostic test. Then I spoke to the Service Manager and came to an agreement that I’ll pay half of that diagnostic fee because it wasn't justified. He agreed but still ended up charging me more than half before taxes. I didn’t want to waste anymore time so I paid and left. The cashiers will hold your key hostage until you pay as if I’m going to run and drive off More

**BUYER BEWARE** After owning ten Toyotas and being a loyal customer for years, I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience. My 2024 Tundra TRD Off-Road Premium developed severe engine issues—knock loyal customer for years, I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience. My 2024 Tundra TRD Off-Road Premium developed severe engine issues—knocking noises and metal in the oil—at only 14,600 miles. The dealership partially rebuilt the engine, which has significantly decreased the vehicle’s value. Even worse, Freeman Toyota has acknowledged that Toyota no longer holds the same resale value it once did, and, even more concerning, no longer has the reliability the brand was once known for. They’ve admitted I will take a substantial financial loss on this vehicle and are unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Loyal customers deserve better than this. If you’re considering buying a Toyota, think twice about how much support you’ll receive when issues inevitably arise. It’s clear that loyalty, reliability, and brand reputation don’t matter as much as they used to. More

They created an oil leak and kept wanting me to come back multiple times to fix it. Tired to blame it on the age of my vehicle. Ended up taking it to a different Toyota dealership and found that Freeman stripped out my oil pan plug. Total inept staff at Freeman Toyota. More
