Worst experience ever. Steer clear of this dealership! Literally, you could not get me to walk back in this slime hole. They created an oil leak and kept wanting me to c Steer clear of this dealership! Literally, you could not get me to walk back in this slime hole. They created an oil leak and kept wanting me to come back multiple times to fix it. Tired to blame it on the age of my vehicle. Ended up taking it to a different Toyota dealership and found that Freeman stripped out my oil pan plug. Total inept staff at Freeman Toyota. More

Freeman Toyota has outstanding customer service.
