Dustin Townsend (Finance) was also helpful and did not push anything extra on me that I didn't want. When he couldn't answer my questions about pricing listed on the internet, he brought someone in that could - Josh Carlson. Josh was helpful in explaining the price difference from what you see on the Skillman web site and the actual price of the vehicle. He was eager to please and make things more reasonable. My only suggestion would be to redo the way pricing is listed on their web site - you think you can get a car for the "internet price" but you really can't unless you make the deal a certain way (which really isn't explained on the site.) Easy-Peasy Lemon Squeazy Gotta say we were hesitant and worried about dealing with car salespeople but it couldn't have been any easier to deal with the folks at Ray Skillman Gotta say we were hesitant and worried about dealing with car salespeople but it couldn't have been any easier to deal with the folks at Ray Skillman Kia. From the fact finding and the test drive and then phone and email communications every step of the way was met with putting us at ease. When we walked in the door to take the new car home, they had all of the paperwork filled out and were waiting for us at the door. They were polite and not pushy at all. Certainly not what we were expecting . My daughter loves her new Sportage ! And the fact that they let her take the car home even though they hadn't even been payed by the bank yet, blew my mind. $100 Short issue I decided to get a new car ... I went to Ray Skillman in Greenwood by myself and spent 8 hours waiting to get a car (which I’m sure is a petty game t I decided to get a new car ... I went to Ray Skillman in Greenwood by myself and spent 8 hours waiting to get a car (which I’m sure is a petty game to make people impatient by the end) . My salesmen was Conner (he is great honestly, my issue is not with Conner). I traded in my car it had a small pay off from a little buy here pay here place. I gave the finance department the pay off and they said no problem. I test drove a 2018 Kia Optima and after they ran my credit more that I appreciate they talked me into down sizing my want to a 2018 Kia Forte. A week later I got a call from the buy here pay here saying the pay off was $100 short. So I went and got the paper work and it was $100 less than what I told them. I called Ray Skillman and they said I have to take care of that and made it like it was my fault. A $100 may not be much to them but with a $400/mo car payment on top of the rest of what I have going in my life that little money is important to me. You would think they would apologize for the mistake and take car of it. But I guess not. I don’t recommend going here without someone to really go over everything no matter how long it takes! More

Great vehicle, great price!! Sales team was awesome! I've known Dustin Townsend for a while. Sales team took great care of us. We love car. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't have remote start. The dealership had one installed for us at Ziebart. Not happy with the quality of the remote start or the timeliness of the install, nothing to do with the dealership, it was scheduled. We did not receive a manual and other than that everything was great. More
