It was like pulling teeth to get $200 off the price for a broken mirror. Agreed on a price on line. Once I arrived for a test drive we noticed that the passenger mirror was broken. Immediately no extra movem broken mirror. Agreed on a price on line. Once I arrived for a test drive we noticed that the passenger mirror was broken. Immediately no extra movement on price and refusal to fix. Was told at the price they were only making $200. Countered with a price $100 lower to cover the cost of the replacement. Salesman took the offer to the sales manager. I heard the manager loudly "we're giving the car away". We all know this isn't the case as that would be a bad business decision. I do not like be treated in this manner. We agreed on the updated price and we left with the car. We received a great deal on the car but be treated like a child was not professional at all. THIS is the reason people hate car shopping. More
