Our high mileage vehicle was in for routine maintenance and it was discovered that it needed major engine service. The service advisor gave us options and we decided to proceed. He was very accommodating i and it was discovered that it needed major engine service. The service advisor gave us options and we decided to proceed. He was very accommodating in giving us a nice loaner vehicle for as long as necessary. He also gave us a much appreciated discount. The service technician did an excellent job. As the engine was removed and essentially rebuilt, I fully expected some minor issues that would require some tweaking. Thankfully no issues have surfaced and the vehicle runs and rides like new. I will never buy a car or use a Yark service department again. I specifically stated the problem. They not only did not find 5ye problem I knew was there, the alternator, they charged me for other things again. I specifically stated the problem. They not only did not find 5ye problem I knew was there, the alternator, they charged me for other things they "found" and tried to hey me to do unnecessary repairs and a fluid change I already did myself. My car is now fixed because I personally fixed it. Not because they did. After they "fixed " my car it stranded my mother only 3 to 5 miles from the dealership. They supposedly fixed it again. It stranded me yesterday. I fixed it today myself. When you go to a dealer you expect things done right the first time. Neither thing they did to the electrical system or the air conditioning fixed any problem. If I ever buy another Subaru it won't be from Yark. I will never buy anything from Yark ever again. No brand. If Yark is on the label I am not touching it. More

It was our first Subaru and we are very pleased with it. The four wheel drive is what attracted us to Subaru.Our snow storms are not as bad there as they are here. I needed the safe feeling when my wife drives in rain and snow. We have been married for 52 years this October so her/our safety is paramount. The other benefits are great also, great gas mileage, reliability, comfort on long trips and of course a great dealership to take care of its maintenance and repairs if needed. THANKS Yark Subaru ! A clean, comfortable Forester loaner was ready for my husband and I, when we dropped of the car at the end of the day. The experienced and professional team identified the problem quickly (a stone had worked its way in, causing the issue) and had it repaired the next morning. My Forester was sparkling clean, disinfected and running like a top when we picked it up. Our service experience was as smooth and pleasant as our buying experience at Yark. We are very appreciative of the level of professionalism and respect at Yark! More

From start to finish my experience was excellent! Dustin was professional throughout the whole experience! His communication was impeccable and kept me informed of EVERYTHING that was going on! There was another gentleman that helped me unload tires I was dropping off. This was when Dustin was off. I think it was Tyler, 1st service advisor on left when you drive in.
