I have been working with Dustin for quite some time and he worked extremely hard for months to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. In this day an age when pricing isn’t the most aggressive I have had some very bad customer service where the sales people act very smug and in friendly with a take or leave it attitude. Dustin was able to communicate the increase of pricing in this environment while always making me feel I was the customer and my concerns mattered while maintaining the price points in this market.
