Out of this world The entire experience at this dealership was unlike any other car buying adventure. Just driving up to the dealership, was very eye appealing. Ron Lundberg met and introduced himself to us outside and from that point forward everything was smooth sailing. No pressure whatsoever! We actually were just looking, w/no intent on purchasing a vehicle at the time. When we finally did decide we wanted to purchase after looking a short time, but didn't have time to close the deal that day, it wasn't an issue. A few days later when we showed up to purchase, no haggling and it was quick to settle on a fair price. Along the way, we met other employees in the process and we received the same helpful/friendly treatment. This is by far the place one wants to go to be treated as a valuable customer, not just a number. They are very straightforward and want to make sure you are taken care of, even well after the papers are signed. The amazing appreciation and hospitality that is shown to their customer's at this dealership is truly SUPER! Thanks so much for the experience and fulfilling my wish of always wanting to own a Subaru. More

He was very knowledgable about all aspects of my Outback. Not only that but he is a certified Subaru junkie and very excited about the brand. Mark Suttles, the sales manager treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism unlike most of the previous car buying experiences I've had in the past. No insults, no bravado. He just told me the best offer he could give me and let me research it for myself. After doing the research, I chose to buy the car there since they were so professional about the purchase and were able to match other best offers maybe not in dollars but in equivalent service. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of my car purchase experience here at Subaru Superstore from he first phone call to driving off the lot with my beautiful new Outback. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan on doing business with them in the future. More
