Happy with the mechanics and actual service, but communication from service advisor was nonexistent. I had to constantly follow up to make sure things were getting done and get status updates. I waited for over 2 hours for a simple oil change. And the service advisor didn’t even review the $5,000 quote with me of other maintenance that needed to be done to the vehicle. Just handed me the 5 pages of recommendations and sent me on my way. Service advisor didn’t review the inspection video with me. I had to contact him after waiting for 45 minutes after getting the inspection video to confirm what I wanted done to the car. Then was told I’d need to wait an additional 2 hours after already being there 2 hours. More

I was offended by the slight remark of the first customer service gentleman I had to deal with. I knew what was wrong with my car because my dad is a retired comment and he made a smirking noise and proceede service gentleman I had to deal with.
