The car we were looking for was just sold the night before we came in. The next day GM Duncan sent follow-up email to us and explained everything. He told us that car was available because the previous buyer decided not to buy it. Finally we took the offer he made and bought the car. The experience of our second visit was great. Barry did great work and Duncan been very friendly. Jeremy also provided us excellent service. With their effort everything went smoothly. Despite the not so good first experience, we still would like to recommend this dealership for their great work and efforts for their customers. More

On two separate occasions , spanning two years , I went in because salespeople called me and offered a trade. In both cases the salesmen promised to follow up with specific information in writing, but they did not. I contacted a sales manager with this story who also promised a follow up that never happened. My intent was to never consider this dealership again. Circumstances led me to meet Barry Pinlac. What a refreshing change. Barry was knowledgeable, considerate, helpful, not pushy. In all of our car buying history, he was by far the best salesperson. Thank you, Barry! More

She was able to discuss all features of the car and even press buttons while speaking without looking at what she was pressing. Very impressive! The dealership looks very old inside and not very luxurious but the overall service was good. Update to the review: Went back to take delivery and the car had not been cleaned (dirt i pointed out during the purchase process was not taken care of, interior had sticky stuff and unwiped spray dots all over the leather etc...) The car was also not filled with gas. I tried talking to the sales manager and he was not interested and told me he was busy for the last 3 days and did not offer to get involved to help. Selwyn came to the rescue! I went back the next day to try to take delivery again, Selwyn had gotten the car prepped properly for delivery and did a great job cleaning up after Alycia. One of the repairs they were supposed to make (fix a door ding) was fixed with the wrong color paint. The poor salesperson could not get any help from his sales management so we ended up working with the General Manager Duncan who was very professional and courteous and handled things properly. Duncan assured me he would get this fixed correctly and left a great impression with me that he would and could handle it. THANK YOU DUNCAN! More
