He pulled several cars out in the open drive so we could see them better and were able to open doors all the way for easy access. He was very knowledgeable of the product and took ample time after the sale to answer and demo some of the smart features on our new purchase. He was very helpful also in set up some of those new feature for us, i.e., phone contacts, radio preferences, etc. Other than us (my husband and I) not being aware that new cars must be driven for a spell before the gas mpg reads properly our experience was excellent. When we were driving home he noticed we were only getting 11 mpg and we kind of freaked out, since we live in the country and wanted a car with good gas mileage. Showroom was clean and well organized. Sodas, water and coffee was available for us and I believe snacks also, if we wanted something to eat or drink. I will recommend Toyota of McKinney to family and friends. More

Easiest Car Purchase ever I have purchased many cars in my life and each time I have gone to dealerships it made for a long tense day. Hours spent going back and forth and fin I have purchased many cars in my life and each time I have gone to dealerships it made for a long tense day. Hours spent going back and forth and finally ending up like I had been taken advantage of. Duane May was my main contact at Pat Lobb starting a car search via the internet site. He and his team were quick to respond and once we made the appointment to finalize the sale it was almost too good to be true. He was prepared, took us on a test drive, ran the numbers and got the dealership to agree to my offer and we were driving away in just under 2 hours. Because of him I will recommend Pat Lobb to others. Give him a big raise...... More

Working with this Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney dealer was excellent, as far as buying new cars go. My sales manager, Doug May, was professional and wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. We got a deal done, worked together to get the financing that was right for me, (which turned out to better that I expected) signed the papers and drove off the lot with my new car! So if you are looking to purchase a new Toyota contact Doug, and have a great experience. More

I made an appointment with him over email for 2 hours later. When I arrived at the dealership, we came up immediately and I noticed that he was very relaxed and professional. He already had the car waiting for me to view and test drive. I really loved the fact that he actually explained many of the features before my test drive. Sam in finance was very fast and efficient. It took only 10 minutes to complete all the paperwork and get the keys. I was introduced to the General Manager who thanked me for purchasing from the dealership. Overall, a great experience for me. I would highly recommend Pat Lobb to anyone interested in buying a car. More
