Buying this vehicle from 1300 miles away with the help from Geoff, Dru and Alissa was awesome. Alissa did the best work! Geoff dropped the ball after I said “ we will take it,” the Document fee was the so from Geoff, Dru and Alissa was awesome. Alissa did the best work! Shelby!! If your going to Mercedes Wilmington in a Mustang; Shelby taking you out of it!! Fantastic experience. I recently purchased my new vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Wilmington. I went into the deal Mustang; Shelby taking you out of it!! Fantastic experience. I recently purchased my new vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Wilmington. I went into the dealership not really knowing what I wanted and was greeted by Shelby who was very nice and informative. She knows her cars! I test drove 2 non Mercedes vehicles from their pre owned selection and they were very nice but not for me. She took me around the lot and was showing me similar Mercedes SUVs in the same price range. I saw one I really liked and after a short test drive and some paperwork; that went very smoothly I drove home in a very nice GLE 350. I would recommend Shelby if you’d like to have a smooth and seamless transaction. 10/10. Thank you! More
