He spoke with a sales agent, Kyle, who agreed to evaluate his trade-in. My fiancé’s Cadillac has a clean Carfax, only 48,000 miles, and is in excellent condition with no damage. He was also pre-approved and had everything ready to complete the purchase. He took time off work and drove over an hour to the dealership expecting to trade his vehicle and drive home in the G-Wagon. Instead, he waited for hours while Kyle finished another deal. When Kyle finally came over, he simply said they were about to close and told him to come back the next day. My fiancé then asked if he could at least see the vehicle, but Kyle responded that they were closed and even told him he couldn’t sit in it because he might “scuff up the seats.” That level of customer service was incredibly disrespectful. My fiancé left feeling embarrassed, dismissed, and as though his business didn’t matter, despite being a serious, qualified buyer. The following day, he called and spoke with the manager, Tamara, who was shocked after hearing what had happened. She apologized and assured him that another sales representative would contact him. Unfortunately, no one reached out until 7:00 p.m. that evening, when a salesperson named Tom called only to tell him the G-Wagon had been sold earlier that morning. How does that happen when a customer was already pre-approved, ready to purchase, and had gone out of his way to come to the dealership? There was no communication, no follow-up, and no opportunity given to him to complete the deal. My fiancé owns an Audi R8 and a Lamborghini, and he has never been treated this poorly at any luxury dealership. This experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We expected professionalism and respect, but instead received poor communication, wasted time, and a complete lack of customer care. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. No customer should be made to feel like their time, money, or business doesn’t matter. More

I’d rather send my car to Joe Blow garage than to this place. I took the car just for a battery change, the bill came out to $1009.00 just for a stupid battery and calibration,. When l drove home, the car drove like an old truck, brakes were not calibrated, the driver’s seat which’s supposed to move front and back when you get in the car was not working, the car was shaking although l paid $225 for calibration, non was done. When l went back and told them about it, they were argumentative when l asked to talk to the manager, he was the nastiest person ,and refused to listen to my complaint. and gave me the keys back and literally asked me to leave. They screwed up my car that has less than 22,000 miles and refused to fix their damage. They are rip-offs nasty manager. Hope the owner of that place read this review. , , More

Do not go to this dealership. They are not trustworthy and will not keep their promise. I got a lease at end of March 2021 and its now June and they still haven’t turned in the paperwork. I have a car with expired temp tags and they refuse to help. To make matters worse I have not received a bill in two months and have called several times to make payments, but can’t because they have not completed the paperwork on their end. Now my account has been handed to a collection agency and has gone against my credit. The culprits at hand here are Dhrumil Brahmbhatt and Sie Saunders. They were both rude and demanded a payment of two months or they will continue to put negative marks on my credit report. I would not recommend going to this dealership. More
