Drew was honest and so easy to work with. He made sure that I knew about the car I was looking at even before I walked in the door. He took the time to explain all of the features and electronics and foll that I knew about the car I was looking at even before I walked in the door. He took the time to explain all of the features and electronics and followed up with me after the purchase to make sure that I was happy and to see if I needed anything else. This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased and it was by far the most positive and no pressure experience that I have had. I would, and already have, recommend working with Drew and Devon BMW to anyone looking for their next car. More

Drew and BMW of Devon far surpassed my expectations! I purchased a certified X5 and was treated as well as someone purchasing a new vehicle. He met my requirements during the negotiation process and, more purchased a certified X5 and was treated as well as someone purchasing a new vehicle. He met my requirements during the negotiation process and, more importantly, was approachable and responsive even months after the delivery of the vehicle (Covid caused DMV delays). I will certainly work with Drew again if the vehicle availability aligns. And side note, thank you to Devon BMW for continuing to offer certified BMW’s. Some competitors in the region claim it is not profitable but there is certainly a client base that appreciates this option! More
