Watch Out! This Dealership is a Fraud. I live in Texas, bought an online advertised Porsche Cayman GTS after getting details via emails and text messages. This Dealership is a Fraud. I live in Texas, bought an online advertised Porsche Cayman GTS after getting details via emails and text messages. I bought it because I was looking for a 6-Cylinder manual transmission, they are very unique models and hard to find. 1. They assured me that it was in an excellent condition, no dents, no scratches, no rock chips and no other cosmetic, mechanical or electrical issues. When vehicle was delivered, it all turned out to be the in opposite condition. Several scratches, damages, dents, missing parts. Driver side window wouldn't close once open and it requires a pull to roll up. The Frunk (hood) wouldn't stay up, it drops down. Ignitions coils are bad and require immediate replacement. When driven, steering wheel must be hold tightly, if not then vehicle will move on to the right lane. The PSM failure is displayed on the panel. The 4x6 cover is missing on the wiring box. 2. The advertised price was $75,990, we agreed to $74,500. I REQUESTED THEM TO SEND ME A BUYERS ORDER OR A CONTRACT DETAILING ALL THE CHARGES, AT LEAST 20 TIMES, BUT THEY NEVER SENT IT TO ME. Instead they FedEx'd me bank's financing document which had the total amount for the vehicle including all charges and taxes, and the total finance amount along with the interest rate. I asked for the itemized charged but I got a run around and instead they threatened me to sell it to another customer if I did not sign it. Later, I found out that they charged me $76,490 "USED CAR - RETAIL". I asked them why is it overcharged by almost $2,000, they said they have added ~$1,490 for 130-point inspection cost to the selling price. I requested for a copy of the 130-point inspection report several times but they never provided to me. 3. For almost 2 months, this vehicle was still registered under dealership's name and Texas DMV did not have any records under my name or had receive any documents or Tax money from the dealership. The Temporary Tag expired, I notified the dealership days before expiration, day before expiration and after the expiration but they never sent a renewal Temporary Tag. New York DMV said they did not have any request from the dealership and asked me to file a complaint against the dealership, which I immediately did. I received Texas License Plate yesterday. The repair cost itself is over $8,000. 4. I was approve for bank financing for a lower rate but the dealership sent financing documents to bank with higher interest rate. New York DMV and New York District Attorney are actively investigating all these issues. They said there are several violations and also have referred me to get legal assistance to handle civil matter. More

I have two Audis that I purchased through Biener Audi and whenever I have them serviced, I enjoy the experience. Greg and Jeremy are excellent.
