I’ve been coming to Lombard Ford since I purchased my car from them. The service department is outstanding, and I drive a long way to just have my oil changed there. I tried one of those “Quick Stop” oil c from them. The service department is outstanding, and I drive a long way to just have my oil changed there. A week after getting my new truck, I had to go back and have them replace the door actuator. After returning home notice d they dropped a screw inside the door while replacing the actuator now it’s just ra have them replace the door actuator. After returning home notice d they dropped a screw inside the door while replacing the actuator now it’s just rattling every time the door is open or closed… so I went back for an oil change I personally showed this issue to the service manager drew so it gets fixed, after the oil change I get in and checked the door and they flat out lied on the paperwork saying they fix it… well the screw still making the rattle. I will never get any service at this dealership… More
