Tire repair, oil change and tire rotation I rated by Service experience so highly because I really feel the Service dept went above and beyond my expectations. I purchased my Nissan Rogue 7/17 I rated by Service experience so highly because I really feel the Service dept went above and beyond my expectations. I purchased my Nissan Rogue 7/17 and I love my new car. I have had no issues until the weather became cold ...I noticed that my tire pressure warning came on ..I added air ..seemed ok. Except a rear tire continued to run low .. Friday 11/17 I left work at 7a and again, the rear tire was warning low . I called Team Nissan and ask if I could stop by and have it checked.. I did not have an appointment but as I spoke to Kim ,she was able to help me and I was able to come in on my way home. I appreciated her professionalism and helpfulness. When I arrived I was greeted by Drew Maderios and explained my tire issue . He looked over the car ,explaining what he thought needed to be done including time frame, and was able to schedule my needed oil change while I was waiting.. later he twice came and explained my repair and expected time frame .and all was completed exactly as planned...I can’t say how much I appreciated the way my service experience went.. I was very impressed by everyone I met at the dealership . Thank you .. More
