I recently purchased a used 2021 Ram 3500 from Donley Ford in Galion, and I can not be more positive about the process. The 2021 Ram 3500 was parked out front of the dealership and was meticulously detailed. We took it out for a test drive and Drew reviewed and had me sign the preliminary paperwork. Then I met with Tony Hershiser, who again was extremely professional and went through the final paperwork for me to sign. I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships and have never been treated so well and had the process go so smoothly. If I were to need to purchase a vehicle again, Donley Ford would be at the top of the list of dealers to work with. The icing on the cake was that the truck looked better than the pictures, and the pictures of the truck were beautiful. Thank you Donley Ford! More
