Thank you for sharing your concerns and also for your patience during this process. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep apologizes for the continued frustration experienced with the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep has completed the necessary repairs to the vehicle, which include: - Safety Recall 66B - Safety Recall A7A - Multi-point Inspection - Navigation system reboots and does not work properly - Passenger navigation system inoperable - Ventilation on the passenger side part under the seat - and explained its is a ventilated seat it's not supposed to blow air, it's supposed to vacuum air - Window moldings replaced - CarPlay disconnection issues / radio without sound - Uconnect service box display issues - Rear left passenger door gets stuck - Front passenger side floor vibration at high speeds - Vehicle shaking at speeds over 70 mph - Wagoneer Loaner was provided as soon as it became available, before that Jeanie Pena also had a utility transportation provided Before delivering the vehicle to Jeanie Pena's home, it was road-tested by all the managers and technicians at the dealership. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep believes the vehicle is now driving as it should. However, if issues are still being experienced, Hollywood Chrysler Jeep recommends trying another dealership and asking for a second opinion. Regarding the loaner vehicle, thank you for returning it. I’m sure there is an understanding that, as no further repairs are currently required on the vehicle, the loaner will no longer be covered. My issue unfortunately is ongoing and not resolved. Beatriz Jimenez does not answer nor does anyone else whom I’ve tried contacting at that dealership and I do have the proof of my infinite amount of unanswered calls, texts and emails. My vehicle still has the same issues and my recalls which they state were resolved still reflect as an open and unresolved under my vehicle vin by Mopar. My Main Screen was not replaced and the Uconnect needing repair is still there. I do not wish this nightmare that I have been living upon anyone. I have recordings of the way I was mistreated and disrespected by Beatriz Jimenez and Miguel Ortiz. My issue needs to be resolved at another level, these individuals need to be dealt with accordingly. Beatriz’s response of contacting her for a resolution is in no way a resolution. I can provide proof of my ongoing issue which they claim they fixed as well as the recalls that are open which they claim they repaired. As a business owner myself I find the operation of this business a true disgrace to the consumer. I would truly hate for this to continue and others to fall victim of the fraud I’m dealing with. Something needs to be done.
