Salesman, Zee, was wonderful! I would come back and buy from him again. The dealership made the wait bearable by having a cafeteria present. The only negative was the finance guy. From the beginning when we sat down he was rude, pushy, forceful, talk down to us ( at one point my husband said to him, “look you need to calm down and take your tone down with us, because it is not necessary”), he would be the only reason why we would not return to the dealership next year to buy the 2024 GX we are wanting. we traveled from TN to FL just to deal with your dealership and we were shock at his personal skills from the moment we sat down and he said hello to us. Even before discussing the charges listed he had a very angry, I know everything, you know nothing attitude. Then he became offended when we asked for the list of fees to be explained to us and after that it went down hill to the point we had to walk out of his office because I’d rather walk away from sale than have that jerk talk down to me one more second. My husband ultimately convinced me to go back into his office and and see if we could work something out. My husband who is a calm, mild manner guy who doesn’t like confrontation said he was shocked at the man’s attitude from the very beginning. One he said hello, he than proceeded to act like a total xxx! We didn’t fly down to FL to not buy a car for me but he sure made me want to leave that car on the lot and if it hadn’t been for my husband I would have flown back without that car. More
