I'm not sure why this dealer is rated so high, perhaps it was Dowain & Travis who must be rookies or are new (and judging by their reviews one of these rationales must be the culprit). These two clowns tried to take of advantage of a very experienced car buyer who knew what he wanted, and simply asked for their best OTD/OTR on a Bolt EV Adaptive Cruise & EUV with new SuperCruise. Empty promises & several emails, phone calls, & texts later (and the final call with Travis coaching Dowain in the background) resulted in no deal. Anyways, their loss as I finally got the price & trade allowance I wanted. More
