This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Duane Hess! It’s the 8th vehicle with Dick Genthe Chevrolet! My very first experience was with used cars when purchasing cars for my children. When it came time for momma to get a NEW car Duane was recommended to me. I’ve not once been sorry! His handshake told me about his character! As a woman Marine I like a firm handshake. It shows respect! If you’re a woman and need a new car you definitely will NOT be sorry! He’s honest, genuine, courteous, and will put your needs first! My first car was a 2018 Chevy Equinox in 2018. This time I upgraded to the 2023 Chevy Silverado. It’s beautiful and the features are phenomenal! Duane is phenomenal! He’s definitely my car dealer from here to eternity! Duane is the man! I am a very difficult person to deal with, I know what I want and I rarely budge. He always satisfies my wants and does it in a very professional manner. The dealership its self is always a pleasure to go to always so clean and organized. Lots of customer amenities to keep us comfortable. We have bought new and used cars from Dick Genthe for about 20-21 years and they keep us coming back. More

Terrible quality vehicle's 1st car they tried to sell me, the transmission went out during test drive. ( I recorded a video of it) So I was ready to go somewhere else, but Doug 1st car they tried to sell me, the transmission went out during test drive. ( I recorded a video of it) So I was ready to go somewhere else, but Doug Raines was a good salesman and suckered me in. The car I did get I've had for about 3 months and Its been in for service 3 times a total of 7 days. It is currently there for a bad fuel pump, and they are always out of loaner cars. So I've been out of luck every time it needs service. No loaner car, no rental reimbursement, and the rudest service manager I've ever encountered. (STEVE Szabados) I don't know nor do I care if I spelled his name right. More

Honest and straightforward I only had the opportunity to converse with Doug Raines and briefly with Nicholas Scott, not to exclude any of the other fine gentlemen though, th I only had the opportunity to converse with Doug Raines and briefly with Nicholas Scott, not to exclude any of the other fine gentlemen though, these two individuals stood out most in what was my first ever DICK GENTHE CHEVROLET experience. So it is with pleasure that I take a moment to personally thank them for making our experience a positive one. I enjoyed a successful career of watching and observing people, so it was easy for me to write this review attesting to Doug’s personal attention to details and professionalism salesmanship from the outside looking in. It was obvious from the start these people were an asset to the company they represent and the product they sell. As a consumer with a good grasp of business organization it is important for me to say the first impression is the lasting impression … businesses either live or die by word of mouth customer service and satisfaction. We recently purchased a vehicle from DICK GENTHE CHEVROLET. The moment we arrived we were met by a warm greeting and handshake. The individual introduced himself as Doug Raines, who was patient courteous and quite professional. After the purchase an issue surfaced with the vehicle requiring some service but even the slightest problems were "comprehensively addressed” much to our satisfaction. The service representatives were outstanding! I was completely taken back by this type of customer service. The individual handling service of my vehicle Nick Scott, was clean courteous and attentive to my concerns, and for that reason I was in a perfect position to observe him personally and from afar. Finally in closing, as former Toyota and Ford owner, I can honestly say this is exactly what I will remember and share with my network of acquaintances since the whole experience was powerfully positive and lasting. Great service all around Bought a used Malibu from Doug Raines. He was very helpful and was sure to point out everything about the vehicle we should know. Being one of our first larger purchases, we were a little nervous about having to finance it. We got a great price on the car and also purchased the additional warranty. After a week or so of driving, we started having an issue with the radio and key fob. Doug made sure that I was supplied a rental vehicle and the repair was made pretty quickly. The Service representative Scott was also extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the repairs. They also found an oil leak while the car was in for service and repaired it that day. All was done at no cost to me. Awesome customer service and would highly recommend going to Doug if you are in the market for a used car. I know we will be needing another one around summer, and I know where I am going. More
