I have never bought from a dealership and have never had a car payment, so I was basically clueless, but he answered my questions and was so helpful throughout the entire process. He was willing to go the extra mile every time I took step into the dealership so I was able to walk away with what I was wanting and needing. I asked questions and he gave me honest answers, even if the answer wasn't what I had wanted to hear. He listens attentively to what you are looking for and he gives solid recommendations that are suitable for you. I did the whole transaction via phone and email, and it was a smooth, easy process. Douglas Keeler (salesman) is very straightforward in his process, more so than any auto sales professional I’ve ever dealt with. We had a price worked out on the truck I was buying before he even asked me about a trade-in. This is very rare, as most salesmen I’ve dealt with like to get out the 4-square sheet and manipulate the numbers (and the shopper) to get what THEY want. I highly recommend Machens JC...small-town feel with with big-dealer selection and prices. More
