Doug explained short staffed, oil change would take a while, set up ride back to my house then set up ride back once oil change was almost completed. Due to inconveniences and long wait, (3.5 hrs), oil while, set up ride back to my house then set up ride back once oil change was almost completed. Due to inconveniences and long wait, (3.5 hrs), oil change was complimentary. Very Grateful. SUV had missing tire bolt covers. Dealer said they can order new covers. More
