We bought our used Dodge Ram 1500 from CVM and it had aftermarket decals on the truck bed. The decals became brittle and began peeling. I called the service center and spoke with Doug. He was very friendly and told me to stop by whenever I had a minute and he would check it out. When I arrived he promptly looked at the truck and resolved to have the decals removed "free of charge". He made arrangements to have it done that afternoon and had a driver take me back to work and picked me up promptly at 4:30. When I got the truck back it was detailed and looking brand new. Kudos! More
