Everyone at CVM is extremely helpful and friendly!!! Our kids even enjoy "visiting" when we are in for service and are actually disappointed when they cannot go with us. We bought our used Dodge Ram 1500 from CVM and it had aftermarket decals on the truck bed. The decals became brittle and began peeling. I called the service center and spoke with Doug. He was very fr aftermarket decals on the truck bed. The decals became brittle and began peeling. I called the service center and spoke with Doug. He was very friendly and told me to stop by whenever I had a minute and he would check it out. When I arrived he promptly looked at the truck and resolved to have the decals removed "free of charge". He made arrangements to have it done that afternoon and had a driver take me back to work and picked me up promptly at 4:30. When I got the truck back it was detailed and looking brand new. Kudos! More

I have been going to CVM for years (5+). Even when my company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its high level of customer service (Kate, Wil, Doug) and timely service. It is not often that you can call a dealership your favorite place to have service performed, but I highly recommend CVM. First class service department, first class service advisors and first class maintainence. More

The whole experience was professional, and therefore pleasing. I came with a curious problem. Doug, came to the car and did brief analysis of my complaint, gave me a his diagnosis and then found the p pleasing. I came with a curious problem. My husband and I bought our vehicles approximately 3 years ago and have had our vehicles serviced by the Dodge Service ever since. I do not know who the technicians are to be named, but must say that p years ago and have had our vehicles serviced by the Dodge Service ever since.
