The service and writer detail was great and replied to my calls in a timely manner, for the actual work done on the vehicle was okay. My windshield wiper fluid container was loose and not connected fully, th calls in a timely manner, for the actual work done on the vehicle was okay. My windshield wiper fluid container was loose and not connected fully, there was also a 4-5 inch scratch on my plastic covering above the radiator that was not previously there. Quiet, friendly, efficient, and no pressure, would be how I would describe the dealership as a whole. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and some dealers feel like a 3 ring circus or the Midway at th I would describe the dealership as a whole. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and some dealers feel like a 3 ring circus or the Midway at the State Fair..........not Longo Toyota in Prosper. I drive 25 minutes and pass two other Toyota dealers, just to come here for the customer service and friendly atmosphere. Kenneth and Doug in Service, are both great. I have known Doug for 15 or so years and Kenneth only a few since discovering Longo. I alternate between the two of them. Both are great! Dealership management, Harvey in sales and Billy in the shop........both are outstanding and always greet me whenever I am in the store. I cannot summarize Tony "Superman" Bailey in one word, unless you say "Superman" in the literal form. The dude goes above and WAY beyond what anyone in his position has ever done. The little things, from having stuff to entertain the kids at his desk, buying a snack or drink for his customers while they are waiting, no pressure sales tactics, following up and being transparent in the sales process and delivery, and greeting me any time I am in the store. He is genuine, a man that loves his job and clients and it shows. Tony does a lot of things for his customers, that many will probably never even know, and asks for no recognition in return. Tony even brought me to his desk and had a one-on-one conversation with me about things both related and unrelated to buying a vehicle. You just do not see that much from people anymore. I am still in total shock and awe, that in this crazy market, last February, I told Tony to be on the lookout for a 4Runner, in a specific trim, color, package, and he had me one in less than a week. I had fallen in love with and wanted a specific loaner truck and specific color at the dealer and it was not for sale. Tony was on the prowl for a few months, and called me told me that one came in, and it was the color, packages, configuration, and PRICE that I was wanting to spend. I came in, signed off and the rest is history. We love the 2022 Tundra, Tony!!! From the quiet atmosphere, sales, service, facilities, employees, transparent no gimmicks pricing, they are like no other dealership I have experienced. I hope that nothing changes, and they will be here the next time I need a car or want an upgrade! More
