Michael was extremely professional throughout the entire process of purchasing my car. From the moment I put down the deposit until a year later when the car was delivered, he kept me informed about entire process of purchasing my car. It was an ok experience, though I felt some things were not as transparent as I had expected it should be. With my good credit score, the finance staff offered me a loan with the highest interest rate when not as transparent as I had expected it should be. With my good credit score, the finance staff offered me a loan with the highest interest rate when there were options for lesser interest rate. I had to ask questions for him to check other banks with better interest rate. I felt really bad and disappointed at that point. There was no reason for that kind of treatment. I verbalized how disappointed I was to him. More
