I was promised a repair tile of 3-4 hours and it became a little over 4 days. They then agreed to driver my vehicle to me and I discovered when I got an alert from my GPS tracker when I got home that my truc little over 4 days. They then agreed to driver my vehicle to me and I discovered when I got an alert from my GPS tracker when I got home that my truck was driven at over 80 MPH by the guy who was driving my truck. After review of my dash camera footage, those speeds were reached in a 60MPH zone. In Arkansas this is a Class-C misdemeanor. I tried reaching the service manager and the general manager but was never contacted back. I was actually told by the lady answering the phone that the GM doesn’t deal with these kinds of calls…… do better and don’t use your customer’s vehicles in the commission of a crime! More

My car was there for months waiting on repairs. The warranty company sent multiple requests to the service department over the course of 3 weeks and they were all unanswered. We only received updat The warranty company sent multiple requests to the service department over the course of 3 weeks and they were all unanswered. We only received updates on the status of the repair when we asked. When the parts finally arrived 3 months later, it took the tech 3 more weeks to get to the repair. When we finally picked up the car, the repairs weren't done correctly and we had to return it immediately. We did not get an update for 2 days. We were promised the vehicle would be ready the following day. We checked in that morning to be sure it would be ready later that day and were assured it would. When we arrived at the end of the day, the repair had not been started and we were told to come back the next day. Unfortunately, this isn't our first terrible experience with a McLarty Daniel service department. Customer service is nonexistent and we will not return. More

Best dealership experience I’ve had since buying my first car 50 years ago ! Simone is an awesome person , he knows his vehicles and is a first rate professional. The finance department took great care first car 50 years ago ! Simone is an awesome person , he knows his vehicles and is a first rate professional. The finance department took great care in getting me the right coverage for my new Challenger and the service department has gone above and beyond making sure my car is properly maintained. Andy is a first rate mechanic. Such a great team , I enjoy dropping in just for a visit and saying hi , they are almost like family. More
