When I came in to drop my car off, I was first in line. Then two cars pulled up behind me. When the service department opened, the two techs walked past me and greeted the two cars behind me. They then brought them into the office to write up their services. Meanwhile, I’m standing outside of my car looking for cameras like I’m being pranked. Finally, I see a tech waving me in. No one is greeting me at my car. No apologies nothing. When I go to pick up my car, they neglected to turn off the service reminder. They then have a mechanic bring my car back into the garage to take care of that. When my car was brought back out, I was handing my keys. No apologies no receipt. I am not very good at electronics so Gordon set up my communication and showed me how everything works. The sign at home was a big plus for me. Finally he set me up on how to get my satellite radio work communication and showed me how everything works. The sign at home was a big plus for me.
