I research the heck out of cars we buy and I know what it should sell for and Doug actually comes in under that expectation. We don’t even have to negotiate because he is so fair. It’s nice to cut out that comfortable time at the dealer. Doug is charming, professional and makes you feel like you are seeing an old friend. Bommarito Ford lied to us. We recently purchased a new vehicle for our business and had a code for a Ford Friends and Family Discount. The salesman, Doug, said that "you can't use the discount for busine vehicle for our business and had a code for a Ford Friends and Family Discount. The salesman, Doug, said that "you can't use the discount for businesses", even though our friend got the discount directly from Ford. We contacted Ford Motor Company and they confirmed that yes, businesses do qualify for the discount!! The truth is Bommarito had decided not to participate in the Friends and Family Discount which they chose not to say. I am extremely bothered by the fact that we were directly LIED to by salesman, Doug, rather than tell us the truth that the dealership was not participating in it. I am sure he chose to LIE because he did not want us to go to a dealer that was participating in it. Honesty and integrity is VERY important when dealing with businesses. Now I question everything I was told by the salesman and staff at Bommarito Ford!!!! More
