My wife and I specifically wanted a Mazda. We had spoken with a few other dealers in our area and found Mazda Gallery and in particular, Doug to be the most informed and considerate. Levi had filled in Doug with a few other dealers in our area and found Mazda Gallery and in particular, Doug to be the most informed and considerate. Levi had filled in Doug's absence and was no less capable. We cannot say enough about Paul Valenti. He worked very diligently and honestly to assist us in the financing and ultimately put us in a car which we feel is perfect. I would say that I equate buying a car with having root canal therapy. Those noted had made our experience excellent. The representatives at Mazda Gallery were courteous, thoughtful, attentive and understanding. I would heartily recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

We knew exactly what car we wanted and Doug let us test drive the very car we ended up purchasing. Coming up with the final price was reasonable and relatively quick. We recommend Doug for anyone looking to buy a Mazda! More

I don't want to go into the details of the whole transaction but do NOT go to this dealer if you want to have a trustworthy deal. The business manager told us that we have to buy a certain warranty transaction but do NOT go to this dealer if you want to have a trustworthy deal. The business manager told us that we have to buy a certain warranty to be able to get the financing that we did. We ended up purchasing the car. Then we checked with the lender and they told us that they had nothing to do with the warranty! Anyways, if I could, I would cancel this deal but I cannot so this is the least I can do: To warn people not to go to this dealer. By the way they are very friendly so they screw you while being friendly... The worst kind! More

My husband and I each purchased a Mazda here years ago and from the first intereaction to the present, it is always a great experience. They embody what Customer Service is all about, sometimes lost with and from the first intereaction to the present, it is always a great experience. They embody what Customer Service is all about, sometimes lost with so many, is so highly regarded here. They are helpful, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to offer help in whatever way they can. In addition, I recently wanted to replace one of the Mazda's (the Tribute which is no longer manufactured.) Wellesley Mazda had one and Mazda Gallery did not. I wanted to buy it from Mazda Gallery because my experiences are always so good, I feel a loyalty to them. Unfortunately, Mazda Gallery could not help me. As a result I have a great comparison of "GOOD/GREAT" customer service, and the alternative at Mazda Wellesley which was an AWFUL experience. I highly recommend this dealer if you want to avoid any games and/or any misleading statements or misrepresentations and in place, want honesty, fairness, very knowledge people and an experience where you walk out with a smile. More

We were in the market for a used car and decided to check out a 2006 Mazda 6 Hatchback that was advertised at Mazda Gallery. From the moment we arrived, our salesperson, Doug Clark was very informative, help out a 2006 Mazda 6 Hatchback that was advertised at Mazda Gallery. From the moment we arrived, our salesperson, Doug Clark was very informative, helpful and fair. After test driving the vehicle, we did the numbers, including a trade-in and feel that we got a very fair deal in our purchase. The things that made the difference with us was there were no games played, no smoke and mirrors. Everything was up front and put together in a very timely manner that facilitated the deal and got us the car we wanted, at a fair price. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, even returning some personal property that was left in the traded vehicle. Much appreciated. We'll be back! More

I would HIGHLY recommend Doug Clark at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood. We bought a car from him 8 years ago and then last week suddenly found ourselves needing a new car. We were dreading the process as we began shopping around, and were delighted to find that Doug was still there. He was a joy to work with, not like other car salesmen we've met, very fair and honest and worked with us to give us a fantastic price. We had much worse experiences at other dealerships where we felt we were being given the run around, not getting clear answers to our questions and feeling like we were at the mercy of slick sales practices. Not so with Doug. Honestly, my husband and I couldn't believe how easy and fun he made it for us to buy our new car! He is a great guy and we are very glad to have found him. Hopefully someone else can benefit from this tip, as I know how frustrating and stressful car shopping can be! More

I did weeks of research before I bought a Mazda 3, I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. As of March 2009 the economy is sputtering along and I heard that there were some great deals around o what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. I visited another dealership in Quincy and it was a total waste of time, they were full of crap, totally deceptive. Then I visited Doug Clark at Mazda Gallery, they had a Mazda 3 advertised at a really great price, $13,595. When I arrived he had the car out front and we test drove it and the car was still available at that price. None of that “we just sold it but I have another model for $5000 more” carp that you get from other dealerships and none of the high pressure sales tactics. He was totally professional and personable without being fake. No hidden fees, no surprises. My overall experience was top of the line and I would highly recommend working with this dealership and especially Doug. I ended up getting another Mazda 3 because I did not like the color and I wanted a higher end model but I still got a really great deal. That was my decision alone, at no time did I feel pushed or pressured to look at another car. More
