They love ur money and treat u like a king. I bought over 400,000.00 in cars and truck and my last one after buying extended warranty they don’t honor I’m without a car. I give Dyer Chevrolet One Star just because there is no Middle Finger !!!!!!!! I have purchased many vehicles from this Dealership even before it was Dyer at least 7 from Dyer . I will never buy from this Middle Finger !!!!!!!! I have purchased many vehicles from this Dealership even before it was Dyer at least 7 from Dyer . I will never buy from this dealership and would advise everyone to steer clear of Dyer go anywhere but these crooks! played games . Dyer Chevrolet where you get ripped off lied to screwed over and where service after the sale Sucks .You have cost me more than you know or even Care ! Chase is TERRIBLE. We came in to purchase an SUV. We looked around and decided to come back. Mike H was very nice. We decided to come back to purchase the car. Upon sitt We came in to purchase an SUV. We looked around and decided to come back. Mike H was very nice. We decided to come back to purchase the car. Upon sitting down with Gary since Mike was busy after we started the process and we ready to buy we were told by Chase the sales manager he will not give a discount for this particular model. He said he can get someone else to buy it and will pay more than we offered. He was extremely rude. Did not budge. I will never return here. Even if he came down to my price I offered I am not sure if I would buy it due to his rudeness. He was not willing to do anything. It was even the end of the month. I am taking my business to another dealership who will not be rude and actually wants to sell a car. I had the money I was willing to purchase but due to his non professional ignorant manner I will make sure everyone I know will not shop here. Worst car experience of my life. I appreciate Mike H for everything he tried. He's the only reason I continued the conversation and tried to make it work. Chase needs to get more training on customer satisfaction. More

This dealership is amazing. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and by far this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. My salesman David Decker was so knowledgeabl I have purchased many vehicles in my life and by far this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. My salesman David Decker was so knowledgeable about the Camaro I purchased it was like he worked for Chevrolet. he made the buying experience a pleasure. Than the sales manager Doug and the Finance Guru John seemed to be the most prepared managers I have ever worked with. I don't know where they gained there knowledge about dealing with customers but they should write a book on how to take care of customers. They were amazing. The dealership was clean and very nice and Vero beach is a beautiful city. The parts department had the coolest Chevrolet gear, I couldn't leave without getting some. I highly recommend shopping here first, you will never need to go anywhere else. More

Excellent dealer experience, My wife and I knew we wanted to purchase another, our third, Chevy Volt. On line research indicated that Dyer had a car with the exact specifications My wife and I knew we wanted to purchase another, our third, Chevy Volt. On line research indicated that Dyer had a car with the exact specifications we sought. We did not need to be sold. We met Carlos Trujillo upon entering the dealership. Luckily for us, he is fully trained in the attributes and features of the Volt. The purchase price was quite fair and painlessly negotiated with dispatch. We left with the car and are thrilled with the experience. Kudos to the professionalism and honesty of Carlos and the Dyer team. More

Great Experience/Classy Crew My wife and I purchased a new Tahoe over the weekend. Right from the start it was an enjoyable experience. No pushy sales, the GM and salesmen were My wife and I purchased a new Tahoe over the weekend. Right from the start it was an enjoyable experience. No pushy sales, the GM and salesmen were going to do what ever to make sure we were happy and felt welcomed. Jesse Vasquez, the salesman even met us the next day on his day off to go over the details with the car to make sure we understood all the perks and gadgets. Happy Customers! More
