Please restore human conversation. Even at drop off the service person failed to identify OBVIOUSLY needed service, latter AI told me I needed. Your guy who said he is not sales, asking me questions while I waited and was unwilling to tell me why he wanted the information. Give the poor guy training. No opportunity for feedback post service.
