Service department is grossly incompetent. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!! Took my 2016 GMC in for a common repair. It was returned in far worse condition. They told me to bring it in DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!! Took my 2016 GMC in for a common repair. It was returned in far worse condition. They told me to bring it in last Thursday so they can run additional diagnostics on Friday. Never heard from anyone on Friday so I walked in for a status report in person. That visit was fruitless. My vehicle sat on the lot over the weekend. Finally, without any prior communication, I get a $6000 estimate TEXT for ADDITIONAL repairs on Monday. Repairs that should have been done the first time. Every time I called the service department to inquire about the text, everything was “not available”; I even asked for the general manager and still no one was available. Finally, on Tuesday, I advocated for a refund expeditiously because my vehicle was never actually repaired the first. I had to pay for a 3rd tow to different shop. Not knowing anything about my situation, their diagnostics confirmed that nothing was ever done to repair my vehicle at this service department. The new shop is charging me a quarter of the cost this service department tried to squeeze out me and I’m confident they’ll get it right. More

I have been going to this dealership since I purchase my car. I am satisfied with their service and have no complaints thus far. Service was great. Wait time was not! Entered at 12:15. LEFT at 6:15. Left hand apparently doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Waiting is fine. Unnecessary Wait Wait time was not!
