Since 2022 i have purchased 11 cars from (Donta) this dealership. I have overpaid for most of those cars,but i didn't mind because for the most part the process was fast and easy. However, since buying my last car last year (2023 altima) I find that the service has dropped off tremendously. Also, the battery in my 2023 Altima just died and since it is past the 36000 mile warranty Scott Clark refuses to replace it. New batteries at the very least last at least 2.5 years. But Brandon (a service manager) tells me they will give me a 5 year warranty on the new battery I purchase if I bring the car in for them to replace it. Doesn't make sense to me, but hey...... I'll never spend another time with these guys. More

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Scott Nissan's service. This marks the third instance of encountering subpar service that reflects a lack of commitment to quality customer service and int Nissan's service. This marks the third instance of encountering subpar service that reflects a lack of commitment to quality customer service and integrity.My initial interaction with Scott Nissan was four years ago when I purchased a car from them. Unfortunately, even during this purchase, their finance department added an unauthorized maintenance service to my account despite my explicit refusal. Thanks to the intervention of my sales representative, the extra monthly charge was eventually removed.Recently, I visited Scott Nissan to trade in my 2018 model for a newer car with lower mileage. The salesperson, Donte, exceeded expectations in ensuring our satisfaction. However, my optimism was short-lived as I faced the finance department once again. Despite being nervous due to my past experiences, I believed everything had gone smoothly. Regrettably, upon reviewing the contract later that day, I discovered a different unauthorized monthly charge had been added.Having to return to the dealership for adjustments was frustrating enough, but my troubles continued. After driving the car for only a few months and covering less than 4,000 miles, I noticed the tires needed air. To my astonishment, a visit to Discount Tire revealed the tires were bald, despite being assured they were in fair condition by Scott Nissan. After extensive back-and-forth, my car specialist and salesperson had to advocate for me to convince Scott Nissan to cover the cost of new tires.This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Scott Nissan's overall approach. It's disheartening to encounter a lack of integrity and genuine concern for customers' well-being. Their behavior only seems to change when customers push back repeatedly. While Donte's exceptional service was a bright spot, it cannot overshadow the series of unfortunate incidents that have marred my interactions with Scott Nissan.I hope my feedback serves as an opportunity for Scott Nissan to reevaluate their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty in the future. More

I bought my 2015 Infinit Q50 a year ago and my Salesman Donta McClary was AWESOME!!!!! He's VERY PROFESSIONAL and has A LOT of KNOWLEDGE and he will get you into what you're looking for.
