I had to take my new EV6 in for a problem with it charging. I had tried to take it to Mark Kia, however the service advisor there, Jon, was rude and told me he was doing me a favor and he was going charging. I had tried to take it to Mark Kia, however the service advisor there, Jon, was rude and told me he was doing me a favor and he was going to ask me to take it elsewhere when I wanted to change my appointment date to a week later! I came to Courtesy Kia and it was a totally better experience, Donavon, the service advisor at Courtesy, was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and scheduled the service when I was out of town. I got back, the service was complete, and the problem solved. And he did it politely and professionally. I will be coming back when the need arises. I highly recommend the Courtesy Kia service department. More

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer again. I purchased a new 2022 Kia Sportage last August. The very next day the moon roof was not working so I took it to the service department at Courtesy I purchased a new 2022 Kia Sportage last August. The very next day the moon roof was not working so I took it to the service department at Courtesy Kia. It wasn't that the parts took 2 months to get in, but rather, that their service department would never bother to pick up a phone and update me. Then, when I finally get my car back, the service writer (who conveniently is no longer with the dealership) told me that they had damaged some of the pieces in my trunk while fixing my moon roof. He told me that he had ordered the parts and would let me know when they were in. This was last October. When I called their service department in March, I was informed the service tech was no longer there, and they had no information for me at all. They assured me they'd do a better job of communicating with me. Now, it's mid May and still I have gotten zero calls back from them and have no idea what is going on with the broken pieces in my brand new car. More

Very fast professional service! Friendly helpful service advisors. Only thing they could do to improve is to make suggestions of services that should be done on their vehicle on the Friendly helpful service advisors. Only thing they could do to improve is to make suggestions of services that should be done on their vehicle on the next visit or things that they found wrong with a vehicle that should be fixed when they have the time and money to do so— preventative maintenance. Customers appreciate this. More
