Every employee I encounter there consistently has a cheerful, professional attitude and is a joy to interact with. And I really have to give xxxxxxto Donny here, who just seems to be so positive and happy to be working. The waiting area is also *the best* that I have ever come across and is usually stocked with coffee and donuts (Krispy Kreme). There are also a 'business' area that provides a wall outlet and dividers so I've been able to program in relative peace while waiting for work to complete on my car. More

Continuing finds It seems that ever since I moved out of my warranty that something other than what I took my car in for service has been found to be done. Although I have had a Honda since they hit the US, I have never had this much trouble. This is one reason why I bought a Honda the lack of a need to do anything other than stadard maintenance. More

Freeman Sparks was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When I expressed interest in the Honda Accord Hybrid that had just been brought in to Gunn, he made certain to notify me as soon as it was ready to test drive. Patrick Ford, in finance, was most helpful and had everything ready to go when I went to his office. Every experience with Gunn, whether to purchase an auto or for auto service has been nothing less than pleasant. They are the easiest auto dealer to work with and hire the friendliest staff. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. More

Excellent Customer Service I have been a customer of Gunn Honda since 2001; purchased 2 vehicles from them and have had all my auto service performed at their facility. Every one I have dealt with has been professional, friendly and make every effort to assist me and to be sure all is to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Gunn Honda to anyone/everyone. I'm about to purchase another vehicle. It's a safe bet it'll be from Gunn. More

Great Service My hats off to Mr. Donny Penn and the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I live 150 miles away and normally have a very busy schedule on my days of My hats off to Mr. Donny Penn and the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I live 150 miles away and normally have a very busy schedule on my days off so I have to plan my trips for vehicle maintenance and repair around my scheduled activities well in advance. Mr. Penn gave me an estimated time for completion of the factory recall item and the scheduled maintenance during a previous visit so I used that to plan my trip. Add to that the technicians working on my Accord confirmed what I suspected, that my tires were in bad shape and had to be replaced. They didn't have the particular brand I wanted so they had to obtain them. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Penn notified me that my vehicle was ready well within the schedule I had formulated. To sum it up, not only does it take a great Service Advisor like Mr. Penn who can remember even the smallest detail of a previous visit, it also takes a great staff of technicians who can do the work quickly and at the highest level of quality. More
